Bab Cuisine was born from one simple belief: that food is the most honest way to share a culture. Behind every dish is Chef Abdallah Sebban — a Moroccan-born chef with over 25 years of international culinary experience, who brought the warmth, spices, and soul of his homeland to the heart of Berlin.
Abdallah grew up surrounded by the rich culinary traditions of Morocco — slow-cooked tajines, fragrant couscous, and the rituals of mint tea. After years of honing his craft across Europe, he made Berlin his home and founded Bab Cuisine as a way to share those flavours with the world.
Today, you’ll find us at KERB Berlin, Potsdamer Platz — one of Berlin’s most vibrant food halls — serving authentic Moroccan street food made fresh every day. From our signature spiced chicken couscous to our crispy falafel wraps, every plate is prepared with the same care and precision Chef Abdallah learned growing up in Morocco.
