Welcome to Bab Cuisine — your door to authentic Moroccan flavours in the heart of Berlin. Founded by Chef Abdallah Sebban, we bring the warmth, spice and soul of Morocco to every plate. Our saffron couscous is crafted the traditional way, served with grilled meats and marinated seasonal vegetables.

At Bab Cuisine, every tajine tells a story of Moroccan tradition. Slow-braised with aromatic spices, preserved lemon and tender meat, our dishes are a true culinary journey. With over 25 years of experience, Chef Abdallah Sebban brings the finest Moroccan street food to Berlin's food scene.
